Vaelin is an AI-powered form builder platform that allows users to create conversational forms through natural language prompts. Our service includes form creation, response collection through chat interfaces, analytics, user authentication, secure data storage, and support ticket management.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Account creation requires email verification through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We collect and store your name, email address, user ID, and account creation date. You must accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during registration.

4. Data Collection and Processing

We collect: (a) Account information (name, email, user ID, creation date), (b) Form data you create, (c) Response data from form submissions (including optional respondent emails), (d) Form analytics (response counts, completion rates, response times), (e) Support ticket information, and (f) Technical data for service operation. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: (a) Use the service for illegal activities, (b) Collect sensitive personal data without proper consent, (c) Create forms that violate privacy laws, (d) Spam or harass form respondents, (e) Attempt to breach our security measures, (f) Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content, or (g) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

When collecting email addresses through forms, you agree to: (a) Only use collected emails for legitimate purposes related to the form's stated intent, (b) Provide clear notice to respondents about how their email will be used, (c) Comply with all applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM, (d) Implement appropriate security measures to protect collected email addresses, and (e) Honor opt-out or deletion requests from respondents.

6. Data Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of all content you create through Vaelin. We do not claim ownership of your forms, responses, or other user-generated content. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. You may delete your data at any time through your account settings.

7. Service Availability and Performance

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security updates, or infrastructure improvements. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Third-Party Services

Vaelin integrates with trusted third-party service providers for authentication and secure data storage. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaelin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
